In June, we hosted or Pet Adoption Day and Open House, where we had over 10 rescues present to educate the public about pet ownership and their individual organizations.
Imagine our surprise when a black Escalade being driven by MTV’s Jersey Shore’s Pauly D pulled up to the event! Mike, Vinny, and Pauly had heard about the Adoption Day and one of them was interested in learning more about how to adopt a dog, so they came to the event.
Mike, Vinny, and Pauly went to each rescue’s table where they gave adoptable dogs lots of love, asked questions and became educated about how each rescue works.

We’re not sure if their trip to visit the dogs will make into this season, but we’re hoping it will!
I love this! If MTV knows what is good for them, it SHOULD make it on TV w how much people care and pay attention to pets. 🙂
